Erica Settineri is the Company Director of West End Settlements. Erica is a Licensed Real Estate and Business Settlement Agent. Erica has been in the settlement industry since 1986. Erica’s delightful and energetic personality ensures her extensive clientele following is well looked after.

Maree Bahn is the Licensed Real Estate Conveyancer and Manager of this office and has been working with us on a full time basis since August 2001. Maree has been working in the settlement industry since 1973 and has an abundance of knowledge valuable to every client. Maree is well respected in the settlement industry.

Kristy Gall is the Real Estate and Business Conveyancer of this office and has been working with us since October 2002. Kristy is an enthusiastic conveyancer who enjoys dealing with each and every client and ensures that their settlement is completed successfully. She is currently in the process of obtaining her settlement license.
- Linda Mahoney is another of our Conveyancers and has been working with West End settlement since 2006. Linda is a pleasant and efficient person and has a diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing). She is currently in the process of obtaining her settlement agents license.
Our support staff are also an essential part of our firm, which consist of Lee Trout, Simone Bahn, and Katie Brennan.
